Connect & Meet
We start by learning about your goals for the space. We sit down and get realistic about budgets, timelines, and vision. Once everything is out on the table, we come up with creative ways to meet as many of your goals as possible within the budget that you have. We Develop a Plan
Once we see your vision we create a plan that includes timeline, budget, and even itemized pricing. We take your budget seriously and you’ll find our proposal is thorough and detailed. Here’s a sample contract. We’ll sit down with you and make sure that we’re on the same page. We collaborate and refine until we have a plan that feels right.

Get to Business
Our fully-licensed and insured team dives in with energy and vision. We handle all of the renovation logistics. Throughout the entire process we’ll keep you fully up to date and informed while our project management and design teams closely track every detail. You’ll meet with your project manager weekly or bi-weekly, receive regular status updates (including photos) and status reports. You’ll get to meet with the design team whenever new ideas or opportunities present themselves. We love collaborating with you to create the home of your dreams. We’ll have fun together bringing your vision to life!

Comprehensive Support
